Small Group Personal Training

At MBH Fitness, Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) is a fundamental part of our women’s only membership.

SGPT sessions consists of 1 coach and up to 8 members MAXIMUM.

SGPT is resistance training, a mixture of compound and isolation exercises. The aim of which is to build lean muscle whilst stripping body fat/ body weight.

SGPT can help build the foundations of boosting your confidence. Whether you are a long-time member or just starting out, we understand your needs and are here to support you every step of the way.

Our SGPT sessions offer a combination of individual attention and group motivation, making your workout effective and enjoyable.

Our SGPT format is not only an effective way to train but is also a fun and sociable hour.

We all need a few social hours in our week why not make them super healthy.
