At MBH Fitness, our Small Group Personal Training sessions are at the heart of everything we do — designed exclusively for women who want to feel stronger, more confident, and supported.
Each session is led by an expert coach and limited to just 8 women, so you get the perfect mix of personal attention and uplifting group energy.
Our training focuses on building lean muscle through resistance training, using a combination of compound and isolation exercises. This isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about creating real strength, shaping your body, and building confidence that lasts far beyond the gym.
Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time or you’ve been training for years, you’ll be guided, encouraged, and challenged at your own pace. We meet you where you are — and help you grow from there.
